Summit Heights wants this website to work for everyone, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard, magnification or voice control.

Our goal. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. We test the site with a keyboard and with automated tools, and we fix problems as we find them.

Known limits. Some parts of the site come from outside providers: the interactive floor plan viewer, the online application, the chat window and the neighborhood map. We do not control how those tools are built. If one of them gets in your way, contact us and we will help you directly.

Tell us about a problem. Call the leasing office at 678-262-1383, or send a message through our contact page. Tell us the page you were on and what happened. We will reply and work with you on a fix or another way to get what you need.
